Pe 5 august 1802 s-a născut matematicianul norvegian Henrik Abel, cunoscut în special pentru noțiunea de grup abelian care îi poartă numele.

Tot pe 5 august (ani diferiți) s-au născut alte două persoane cunoscute, un scriitor român și un astronaut american. Dacă aceștia ar fi trăit, ar fi avut unul vârsta V1 și celălalt vârsta V2. Se știe că V1 și V2 sunt numere prime consecutive de 2 cifre, cu următoarea proprietate: diferențele în modul a cifrelor din V1, respectiv V2 sunt 2 numere consecutive, iar diferențele în modul a cifrelor zecilor din V1 și V2, respectiv a unităților din V1 și V2 sunt tot numere consecutive. The Norwegian mathematician Henrik Abel was born on August 5, 1802. He is known in particular for the notion of Abelian groups.

Also on August 5 (but different years) were born two other well-known people: a Romanian writer and an American astronaut. If they had lived, they would have been one of age V1 and the other of age V2. It is known that V1 and V2 are consecutive 2-digit prime numbers, with the following property: the positive differences of the digits in V1, respectively V2 are 2 consecutive numbers, and the positive differences of the tenth digits in V1 and V2, respectively of the units in V1 and V2 are also consecutive numbers.
